Records

Overview

Records represent items in folders grouping documents and metadata. There are three types of records supported by Documaster API :

• Basic Record (Basisregistrering)
• Registry Entry (Journalpost)
• Meeting Record (Moeteregistrering)

All of those records above inherit their basic setting from an entity named Abstract Record (AbstraktRegistrering).

Records Model

Records are linked to Folders (AbstraktMappe) and keep a reference to the holding folder through refMappe. A record can be under a single Folder (Mappe).
